What We Do:

We begin your care with an evaluation by a Registered Nurse. All of our In-home care providers are highly trained and receive supervision on an on-going basis. We are a continuity of care organization and are dedicated to providing a service of distinction to give you Peace of Mind. We are locally owned and operated by Registered Nurses and have been a part of the community since 2001. We cover 11 counties in northwest Missouri. We provide Home Health, Hospice and In-Home Care services. We are the only agency in our community to provide the entire continuum of care for our patients. Business Services:

- Companion / Sitter- A caring companion to the patient. Light meal preparation, assistance with dressing and ambulation.
-Homemaker / Chore- A variety of household tasks to provide a clean and safe environment. Sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, laundry, law mowing, snow removal and minor repairs. Shopping and errands also.
-Respite, Personal Care- Relief for the full time caregiver. Available on a full day or hourly basis. Meal preparation, housekeeping, and companionship.
-Advanced Personal Care- Applies medicated lotions or ointments. Attends to catheters, ostomies, and tracheotomies. Non-sterile dressings applied to non-broken skin. Range of motion exercises.
-Certified Nurses Aide- Personal care for the patient. Assists patients with eating and activities of daily living such as bathing, oral hygene and skin care. Linen changes and household tasks. Meal prep and errands.
-Licensed Practical Nurse-Help to achieve wholistic care. Accurately delivers medications and treatment within their scope of practice. Utilize assessment skills to keep patient in optimal health.
-Registered Nurse- Instruction. Assessment. Supervision. Medication set-up. Physician communication and overall coordination of care.
